Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Gift vouchers are issued by Showroom and can be redeemed against cinema tickets, memberships, and food and drink purchases at Showroom Cinema, Sheffield.
2. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be refunded, extended, or reinstated.
3. Gift vouchers can be purchased online at showroomworkstation.org.uk or in person at the Showroom Cinema box office.
4. Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
6. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift voucher like cash.
7. Gift vouchers can be used for part or full payment. If your purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another accepted payment method. If your purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use within the validity period.
8. Gift vouchers are non-transferable for the purposes of resale. They may be given as a gift to another person for personal use.
9. Showroom reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw gift vouchers if fraud or misuse is suspected.
10. Showroom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
11. Use of a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
