Salary: £30,450 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager, to lead on all aspects of the food operation and management of the kitchen team.  The post holder will proactively develop strategies and menus to enhance sales and standards, which match or exceed the expectations of our customers.  You will be actively involved in all aspects of the kitchen environment, with the position offering a good work life balance, typical daily shifts being 8am-4pm or 12noon-9pm.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our small, creative, and fast-paced kitchen team.  The post-holder will be a member of a small, but extremely busy and motivated team, creating our own menus and producing all items from fresh ingredients.  We are looking for someone with experience of working in a similar food environment where speed, creativity and adaptability are crucial.

Salary: £25,265 per annum
