PLAY: Hola Frida!

U F

The story of a little girl with big dreams.

Frida is a young girl living in Coyoacán, Mexico City, who sees the world differently. Sparkling, vibrant, everything interests her, and when difficulties arise, she faces them with an overflowing imagination. This little girl is called Frida Kahlo.

Told through vibrant and colourful animation, Hola Frida! explores the artist's childhood and how she used her creativity and curiosity to stay resilient in the face of illness.

Inspired by the book ‘Frida, c’est moi’ by Sophie Faucher and Cara Carmina, the film highlights the power of imagination, creation and art.
