PLAY: Concerteenies present The Duck with No Luck [+ Free Craft Activities]

U

Concerteenies and Showroom present The Duck With No Luck, based on the book by Jonathan Long and Korky Paul (illustrator of the Winnie and Wilbur series).

When Dizzy the duck oversleeps and misses the flight South, he knows that he must, somehow, catch his friends up. Unfortunately, Dizzy doesn't have a good sense of direction. Can anyone help him on his way? Join him as he encounters a mischievous pigeon, a well-meaning parrot, and a hungry vulture… not to mention swampy jungles and a chase into space!

Narrator Polly Ives, bassoonist Daria Phillips, pianist Annabelle Lawson combine new music, composed by award-winning Paul Rissmann, and digital animations by Victor Craven, with this much-loved children's book written by Jonathan Long, illustrated by Korky Paul and published by Oxford University Press.

This is a perfect introduction to classical music, animation and storytelling.

Free Craft Activities Join us in the bar from 10 am for FREE craft activities and to buy a copy of the signed book.
