Arun Nangla is a co-director and cinematographer. Since moving to London from India in 2006, Arun has been working on the identity and representation of South Asian communities in the UK through documentary photography and filmmaking. Arun is part of the EU-funded program “London Creative Network”. Arun's first film, "And Miles to go before I sleep," is about his solo motorcycle trip from Alaska to the tip of South America in 2015.

Laura Pavone is a co-director and editor, is a film colourist based in London. She started her career in film restoration in Italy. Since moving to London, Laura has been involved in the post-production of award-winning feature films and documentaries. Laura is a BAFTA Connect member.

Pam Daniel is a coach and mentor who is passionate about helping people discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Through Pam Daniel Consulting, she works with individuals, businesses, and community organisations to deliver practical coaching, mentoring, workshops, and training that create real change.
