Follow the story of the 6+1 Running Club, from its early days of low numbers and self-doubt through to the moment running became a form of therapy for its members, opening conversations about anxiety, depression, and loss that might never have happened anywhere else.

About the Director David Galandou
David Galandou better known as Lando Vandross is a writer, photographer and film maker who creates work that speaks to his audience. His work is deeply inspired by his environment and sparks inspiration. @444lando highlights the beauty of identity, culture, and diversity of individuals from different backgrounds. His portraits celebrate the unique differences between individuals who come from different parts of the world.

What started as an idea is now a movement built on one simple truth: it's never been about running. It's always been about togetherness. Our vision is to build a movement-first community that values intention as much as performance. As we grow, our focus is shifting from doing more to doing things better creating space for people to move, connect, and reset without losing momentum. Retreats are where this comes to life: shared time, shared effort, and shared perspective. Not an escape from routine, but a way to realign with it.
