• Calabash! are a Sheffield-based community and DJ collective, celebrating and uplifting Afro-diasporic sounds, alternative music, and Black artistic expression.

• Sharrow Community Forum is a membership organisation. Our main areas of work are around supporting children, young people and families, community cohesion and community involvement, and providing accessible and affordable spaces for hire. We deliver a range of services and activities from the Old Junior School and Adventures community hub.

• Poets Yield Power (PYP) is a grassroots creative organization and community platform founded by multidisciplinary artist and producer Cheelo. PYP supports emerging local creatives by providing visibility and performance opportunities across showcases and open mics.

• 6+1 The Movers created by Nikita, Nap, and Kwabs is a space where fitness is fun, collaborative, and everyone belongs. What started as an idea is now a movement built on one simple truth: it's never been about running. It's always been about togetherness. Our vision is to build a movement-first community that values intention as much as performance. As we grow, our focus is shifting from doing more to doing things better creating space for people to move, connect, and reset without losing momentum. Retreats are where this comes to life: shared time, shared effort, and shared perspective. Not an escape from routine, but a way to realign with it.

• Site Gallery Creative Producers are a collective of care-experienced young people aged 18-25 who will meet on a weekly basis to develop their creativity, professional skills and learn about the creative industries in Sheffield.

• Sarah Louise is an Afro-Guyanese published poet and Good Chance Theatre Fellow. She performs at many festivals across the UK and at esteemed venues like Museum of the Home. Her poetry embodies the eclectic cadence of Guyanese folk songs and Nigerian proverbs Showcasing the richness of her dual heritage to unite the diversity of human experience.
