2026 is the 70th anniversary of Powell and Pressburger's landmark wartime drama A Matter of Life and Death. In honour of the film's now iconic creation of the afterlife, for our December classics season, we present four films that play with the boundary between life and death, and imagine how the great beyond might look.
Across four Sundays this December, you can catch these classic films from some of the greatest directors of all time.
Sun 6 Dec @ 14.30 - After Life
Sun 13 Dec @ 14.30 - Defending Your Life
Sun 20 Dec @ 15.00 - Wings of Desire
