One Breath at a Time (ShAFF '26)

Saturday 21 March 2026

Time: 16:15
Location: The Outpost

This is a free event.

Your breath shapes your health more than most people realise. In this talk, we’ll explore how everyday breathing patterns affect stress, sleep, recovery, and long-term resilience. You’ll learn how the nervous system influences every system in the body, and how the breath is the only part of it we can consciously control.

We’ll look at how simple breathwork practices help reduce stress, improve sleep, support recovery, and build real capacity in the body over time. Small changes in how you breathe can create powerful shifts in how you feel, function, and live.
