Join us for an evening of costumed life drawing presented by Figures and Fabric at Showroom in celebration of filmmaker Wes Anderson.
The session will feature two models in costume inspired by the the iconic films of director Wes Anderson, with music, lighting and a relaxed creative atmosphere, all within the unique setting of a cinema screen .
Showroom Café Bar will be open for you to purchase drinks and snacks before the session and during the interval.
Drawing materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own sketchbook, pencils etc.

Running Order
5:45pm – Welcome at Showroom Cafe Bar
6pm – Head down to the cinema
6:05pm – Session begins
7pm – Interval
7:15pm – Second half begins

Guidelines
Please keep conversation to a minimum during poses and be mindful of conversational topics that may make those around you, or the models uncomfortable.
Always respect the privacy of the models, avoid asking them to disclose any personal information.
Please arrive on time so as not to disturb the session.

Do I need drawing experience?
No experience needed whatsoever! These sessions welcome anyone to come and relax and draw.But drawing clothes is hard right?
It can be challenging but it doesn't have to be! Just have fun and let loose, you can keep things gestural or experiment. There are no rules.
