In this joint talk, the runner behind the Running to the Start film, Charlie King, and the videographer, Jamie Schofield, who documented it discuss the physical and psychological reality of endurance, creativity, and living with OCD and anxiety.

From filming exhaustion to performing through doubt, they explore how control, compulsion, and creativity intersect — and why the start line is often harder than the finish.

Charlie King will be performing a live set on Saturday 21 March in the Showroom Bar from 6pm, and you can watch Running To The Start in the following sessions:
