To ensure an enjoyable screening and a comfortable experience for your dog please read our terms and conditions for attendance and follow our house rules:
· Only well behaved and socialised dogs are allowed to attend. Please don’t bring nervous or reactive dogs.
· You are responsible for your dog at all times during your visit to Showroom. In buying a ticket for the screening, you take responsibility for the welfare, wellbeing, and behaviour of your dog.
· Any losses or damages to Showroom furnishings and equipment, or to the possessions of fellow attenders is the responsibility of the dog owner.
· Dogs should be kept on lead and be always accompanied. This includes when you’re using our toilet facilities. In the event of any fire alarm, ensure you keep your dog with you as you evacuate.
· Dogs that require a muzzle are to have this in place for the duration of your visit to Showroom.
· Please only bring one dog per person. Visitors without dogs are welcome to attend.
· No dogs on cinema seats or other furniture. Small dogs can sit on your lap. Owners are encouraged to bring their own blankets and toys.
· Dogs are to be taken outside for toileting. Any dog waste is to be disposed of in bins outside of the venue. If accidents occur owners are required to clean up after their own dogs. We can supply cleaning products for you to use, if required.
· You’re welcome to bring treats or long-lasting chews to keep your dog entertained and relaxed, but no meals in feeding bowls. Water for dogs will be available for the screening.
· Please respect the experiences of others and the welfare of your pet. If your dog becomes distressed, unruly or adversely affects the enjoyment of other audience members (for example by barking at the screen), dog owners must leave the screening. You may be asked to leave by a member of staff if you do not do so. No refunds will be offered.
· Where possible ensure your dog has been toileted in advance of your cinema trip and considering exercising them before attending the screening.
