Digital Memberships

Showroom Cinema now offers digital membership cards to help achieve our sustainability goals.

On signing up to your Showroom Membership, your new digital card will be emailed to you automatically. You can save it directly to your device (for example, by taking a screenshot) or add it to your Apple or Google Wallet for quick and easy access.

When you come to use your membership benefits, simply show your QR code to our Box Office or Bar team, and they’ll scan it for you.

Your Digital Membership Card Is Optional: If you’d prefer not to use a digital card, you can still collect a paper membership card from the Box Office.

Frequently Asked Questions: 

If you haven’t received your welcome email, first check your junk/spam folder (including Promotions, Updates, or Clutter) as automated messages are sometimes filtered. Try searching for the sender or company name and add our email address to your safe-sender list so future messages arrive correctly. Please also confirm you signed up with the correct email spelling, as small typos can prevent delivery. Most emails will arrive within 24 hours of sign up, depending on your provider. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact our box office at boxoffice@srws.org.uk  or on 0114 275 7727, including the email address you registered with and your approximate signup time so we can manually verify your account and resend the welcome email.   

No, your CINE26 membership is valid until you turn 27. When you sign up, you’ll first receive a temporary one-month membership. This gives you time to visit Showroom Cinema with valid ID so our Box Office team can verify your age. Once verified, your membership will be updated to a full age-verified CINE26 membership that remains active until your 27th birthday.

You should receive an email with a link to claim for your MUBI discount within 24 hours of signing up to your Flex or Superior membership. If you have not received this email, please contact our box office at boxoffice@srws.org.uk or on 0114 275 7727.
