Black History Month: A Touch of Black Health
Running Date: 3 Oct - 1 Nov
A Touch of Black Health is an immersive, community-led Black History Month programme designed to explore and honour the full spectrum of Black Health: Physical, Mental, Financial, Environmental, and Social.
The programme uses film, podcast, music, workshops, and conversations to centre lived experiences of Black individuals and families, while amplifying voices and work from the diaspora and the local communities in Sheffield.
This month-long initiative will bring together organisations, artists, health professionals, and educators to reflect, reconnect, resist, and heal.
