"Where Balance Meets" is a family-friendly event that will provide a film screening of Kirikou and the Men and Women alongside a creative crafting session for children, supervised by the experienced team at VAS (Voluntary Action Sheffield, providing a space to connect, express themselves, and enjoy hands-on activities.

Join Kirikou, the beloved feisty young boy with a big heart, as he helps to save his fellow villagers from a whole host of crazy mishaps. Told through the eyes of Kirikou’s grandfather, The Wise Man who lives in the Forbidden Mountain, the stories mix mythology, fable, humour and wit to tell tales of courage and learning the ways of the world. Follow Kirikou as he uses his courage and intelligence to help his family and friends when a number of problems arise in his village

Kirikou and the Men and Women is rated U, though it contains mild violence and natural nudity. For fans of Kirikou and the Sorceress, Zarafa, and Moana.

Please note: this film will be screened in French with English subtitles.
