Our Land, Our Life is in partnership with Groundation UK, a Sheffield-based community organisation dedicated to collective healing, empowerment, and social justice. Rooted in Black radical traditions and cultural practices, Groundation creates spaces for dialogue, movement, and activism that centre the lived experiences of radicalised communities.
Through workshops, discussions, creative projects, and embodied practices, Groundation nurtures connection and community. Groundation are grounded in the belief that healing is political, collective, and cultural, emerging from shared histories, community care, and transformative action.
This two-hour workshop invites participants to reflect on their relationship with Sheffield’s green spaces, encouraging deeper engagement with the natural world and inspiring new ways of embracing its essence.
