Merchandise Returns & Shipping

This section applies to physical goods purchased through our website, including limited-edition merchandise, gift items, or printed materials.
Delivery & Fulfilment
- Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
- We currently offer UK delivery only. Collection from Showroom may also be available for certain items.
- Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or clearly stated in the product description.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, for a full refund.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping costs where applicable.
