In a remote village on the island of Carpathia, a shy farm girl named Yuri (Helena Zengel, System Crasher) is raised to fear an elusive animal species known as ochi. But when Yuri discovers a wounded baby ochi has been left behind, she escapes on a quest to bring him home. 

The Legend of Ochi showcases practical effects, fantastic puppetry and original storytelling that recall classic family films such as The Neverending Story and The Dark Crystal with an A24 twist. Featuring a stacked cast including Finn Wolfhard, Emily Watson, and Willem Dafoe alongside Zengel, Ochi is a completely unique experience for all ages. 

The Legend of Ochi is rated 12A, as it contains moderate threat and injury detail. For fans of ET, Riddle of Fire, and Labyrinth.
